Important - New STR Clients- Initial Deep Clean

All new short-term rental clients are required to schedule a full deep clean prior to the start of regular turnover cleaning services. This initial visit ensures that the property meets our quality standards and is guest-ready from day one. A deep clean addresses areas that routine turnover cleaning is not designed to cover - including inside appliances, baseboards, window sills, cabinet interiors, grout, and other detail areas that require extra time and attention. Once the property has been brought up to standard, regularly scheduled turnover cleanings can begin. The initial deep clean is quoted separately and will be assessed based on the size and current condition of the property.

STR Turnover / Hospitality Reset

A complete guest-ready reset between stays. Includes: stripping and remaking all beds, fresh towel staging, full bathroom sanitization, kitchen wipe-down, vacuuming and mopping, trash removal, and a post-clean walkthrough to flag any property issues.
