Meet Our Dedicated Team
Thrasher Property Management, LLC is built on the partnership of Justin and Denise Thrasher, two people who bring different strengths to the table and together make up one unstoppable team. Justin serves as owner and lead field technician, bringing hands-on expertise in property maintenance, home repair, deck and concrete construction, land improvement, and landscaping. Denise manages the business side - client communication, scheduling, invoicing, and marketing - and personally handles every residential cleaning and short-term rental hospitality service we offer. Based in Dora, Alabama, and proudly serving North Central Alabama, we built this business on a simple but rare idea: one call should handle everything. When you work with Thrasher Property Management, you are not dealing with a faceless company or a rotating crew of strangers - you get the same two people, every time, who take personal pride in every job they put their names on.
